Important Notes:

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- SAGEX reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for suspicious or repeated misuse.
