After QC is approved, the refund (minus ₹200 delivery fee) is credited to your SAGEX wallet.

Product Condition & Quality Check (QC)
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Items that fail QC are not eligible for a refund
- In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued only to the SAGEX LIFE Wallet
- Once QC is approved, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours
- Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on SAGEX LIFE
Return Process — Step by Step
1. Request a Return

or DM us on Instagram (update handle if needed) with your order details.
2. Pickup Scheduled
A delivery partner will collect the item within 48 hours of confirmation.
3. In Transit
The return shipment reaches our warehouse in 3–5 working days.
4. Quality Check (QC)
QC is completed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
5. Refund Issued
If QC is approved, the refund (minus ₹200 return fee) is credited to your SAGEX LIFE Wallet.
